Development

The Development Program offers a high-level training environment based on the official Paris Saint-Germain methodology, focusing on technical mastery, tactical awareness, and individual growth. All sessions are led by PSG Academy’s certified Technical Team.
This program is a direct pathway to competitive and elite-level football, preparing players for high-performance opportunities in Canada and abroad.
Selected athletes may be invited to international tournaments and training camps in the U.S. and Europe, gaining exposure to top-level competition and scouting networks.
The program also supports players aspiring to reach the university level or pursue a professional career, with close guidance from our technical staff.
Tryouts are required to join the High Level Development Program.

Being an integral member of the global Paris Saint-Germain network gives players direct access to exclusive opportunities such as the Paris Saint-Germain Academy North America Cup as well as the Paris Saint-Germain Academy World Cup, one of the most prestigious tournaments in Paris, organized by Paris Saint-Germain FC. A selection of Paris Saint-Germain Academy teams and players from all over the world compete and receive exposure, while representing their country at the Paris Saint-Germain Academy World Cup.
Gain Exposure to the Next Level of Competition in the United States
PSG Academy USA players compete in high-level games, events, and tournaments in Florida and across the country.
Each year, top PSG Academy Miami players are selected to join our premier teams, FC Miami City, competing in USL League Two and USL W — some of the highest levels of soccer in the U.S., offering unmatched exposure.
Players also have the opportunity to attend ID Camps and Showcases, where college and university coaches, as well as MLS scouts, are in attendance.
Direct path to Europe
Benefit from Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA’s global network of pro academies and clubs to reach the next level. From elite training and competition to immersive experiences and trials, PSG Academy players gain direct access to professional soccer opportunities in Europe.
Players also have the opportunity to pursue both their education and soccer development at our PSG Academy Pro Residency in Evian, France — the only one of its kind in Europe — where they live at a professional training center and compete every weekend at a very high level against top youth European clubs.
